We cannot move hazardous materials, propane tanks, live plants, perishable food, flammable liquids, or firearms and ammunition. If you have questions about a specific item, just ask your coordinator before moving day.

Yes. Our packing service is available as an add-on to any move. We bring all necessary materials and pack your home room by room, labeling every box clearly to make unpacking easier on the other end.

Most local moves carry a two-hour minimum. The exact requirement depends on crew size and location — your coordinator will confirm this when you schedule your job.

We ask that you secure a safe and reasonably accessible spot for the truck at both locations. If you are in a community with restricted parking, let us know in advance and we will help you figure out the best approach, including temporary no-parking permits if needed.
